Our experience with Childcare Mogul Consulting was remarkable! This is to say that on our initial consulting, Ms. Griffith’s knowledge and professionalism about the child care industry was impactful. We immediately noticed the high level of quality care in her programs and wanted to immediately emulate that.

The outlined services of the contract entailed the full application process, health care plan, forms, business analysis and outskirt of the classroom, developmental appropriate equipment purchasing, handbook, contracts, mission statement, logo design, tag line, and marketing flyers. Throughout the process she coached us on the importance of keeping proper documentation and knowing the regulations and policies as it pertains to Group-Family child care in order to be successful.

Importantly, one of our goals was to be up and running as soon as possible. Our contact was signed October 5th, 2015. Ms. Griffith guaranteed us a 3 month process to licensing. To her credit she surpassed that and we had our license in our hands on December 24th, 2015. Furthermore, all of our inspections to date were 100% in accuracy and we are at full capacity. We are looking in the very near future to expand to a large center in a commercial building. We would definitely be calling on her services once again.

Kudos, Ms. Griffith!

This is a letter of testimony to express how thrilled I was that I found Childcare Mogul Consulting. During the consultation Ms. Griffith’s intellect on Developmental Curriculum was undeniable! Her wealth of knowledge and experience persuaded me to work with her.

The services designed for my daycare included curriculum development, classroom instructions, administrative assignments and classroom resigned. The curriculum was tailored and designed specially for every developmental stage in early childhood with theme-based units, specific learning activities and teacher-friendly lesson plans.

We ran a pilot program with her curriculum and within the first quarter parents noticed that their children were benefiting and advancing from my opinion the most innovative curriculum available.  Ms. Griffith and her team also added a bonus virtual classroom to our program which gave my daycare a more competitive advantage; boost my enrollment and increased our revenue.

The classroom redesign and setups were definitely a WOW factor to our program.  Ms. Griffith was able to give my classrooms an expensive look on a budget. Her skills in classroom designs were on point implementing all centers for structured and hands on learning. The colors chosen were vibrant where needed and calming in other areas. This added to the children having a higher motivation and engagement during activities. There was a shift in the teachers’ philosophy and their entire mindset.

Thank you Childcare Mogul Consulting for your impressive services.

NICOLE D. ROSOW

Please accept this letter of reference for Jacqueline Griffith. She was an essential part of all phases of start-up and implementation of the daycare and after school center at the Hagedorn Family Resource Center of which I was the director from 2001 to 2013. Jackie oversaw the work that needed to be done to the building to make su.fe that it complied with New York state regulations. Additionally, she was responsible for outfitting the center with the necessary furniture, materials and supplies. She wrote our center's handbook which included all of the health and safety policies and procedures, curriculum information, daily schedules and registration information for families. Jackie interviewed and hired the teachers and trained and supervised them. Further, she researched the best way to market the program in the local community.

Jackie was the primary point of contact for our pre-operational license inspection. She worked closely with our licenser in order to facilitate the approval of our application. Once approved, she continued to be the primary point of contact for any followup, annual or license renewal inspections.

Opening a licensed childcare center was a new service area for our Agency (Family and Children's Association). Jackie led the charge of the Agency being able to provide comprehensive wraparound services by adding the daycare and after-school center to the programs offered by the Agency.

Because of Jackie's oversight of and involvement in every phase of the process, from start-up through implementation through operation, our Agency was able to achieve licensure quickly and the first time we applied, enabling us to mitigate unnecessary expenditures and avoid the allocation of additional or unnecessary resources. This obviously had a beneficial financial impact on a nascent program.

Thank you and best regards!
